<br /> <br />Page 9 of 20 Category 2: For official use only / disclosure permissible by law. <br />1. Bulk density of biosolids are approximately 1500 lbs. per cubic yard. <br />2. Total solids are approximately 35%. Free liquids not usually present. <br />3. Latest sampling results of metal data provided as supplemental attachment in Appendix A. <br />4. Representative nutrients sampling data is provided in Appendix A for estimating application <br />agronomic rates. The official nutrients sampling data for the SSLAP will be provided to winning <br />bidder after bid opening. <br />C. Land application must be consistent with the SSLAP, agronomic rates, and compliance per WAC 173- <br />30 <br />2.4 TRANSPORTATION <br />A. Equipment: <br />1. There is no truck size or loading capacity restrictions for access to WPCF. <br />2. All loads must be covered, and all truck beds must be sealed to prevent escape of solids or <br />liquids. <br />3. All trucks transporting biosolids must carry copy of City of Everett Biosolids Program Spill <br />Prevention & Response Plan. See Appendix B. All drivers must be trained and able to <br />implement the emergency response outlined in the referenced handbook. <br />4. Trucks must be cleaned prior to leaving WPCF. <br />a. Water will be available to wash prior to off-site transportation. <br />B. City of Everett will provide certified scale for supplier to weigh biosolids hauled for the duration of the <br />project. <br />C. Contractor must haul biosolids by the most direct route to minimize potential public exposure. <br />D. The awarded contractor must contact Everett Traffic Engineering Department or Snohomish County <br />Public Works Department, or any other applicable agencies to ensure haul routes are not subject to <br />constraints. <br />E. Supplier should be aware of road construction and repair projects along their proposed hauling route. <br />1. The Contractor: <br />1. Will be responsible for any biosolid spills at any point during the transportation. <br />2. Must take immediate action to contain the spill and: <br />a. Prevent public contact, <br />b. Divert traffic to prevent motorist from driving through spill, <br />c. Remove and complete transportation of biosolids to application site,
