SERVICES PROVIDED TO LIBRARY. The internet access available to Library as a LIBTECH <br />par�cipant is a minimum of 1G speed with the highest Enterprise level of reliability and service. <br />The Program’s managed network services include equipment, installa�on, licensing, <br />maintenance, and support. Library and WSL have evaluated Library’s technology needs and <br />Library agrees that it will receive the Program services detailed in Atachment A – Library’s Service <br />& Annual Share of Costs (referred to hereina�er as the “Service”). <br /> <br />5. LIBRARY’S OBLIGATION TO PAY SHARE OF COSTS. Library and WSL have evaluated <br />Library’s financial needs and Library agrees that it is obligated to, and will pay WSL when due, <br />without deduc�on of any nature other than as may be provided by WSL pursuant to this <br />Agreement, Library’s share of costs for the Service as set forth in Atachment A – Library’s Service <br />& Annual Share of Costs as “Library’s Annual Share.” <br /> <br />6. BILLING. WSL will invoice Library each quarter for one-fourth (1/4) of Library’s annual <br />share of costs a�er applying all applicable Program subsidies, as reflected in the amounts set <br />forth in Atachment A – Library’s Service & Annual Share of Costs as “Library’s Annual Share.” <br />Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of invoice from WSL, Library will make payment of the <br />amount due by warrant or account transfer to WSL. Upon expira�on of this Agreement, any claim <br />for reimbursement not already made will be submited within thirty (30) calendar days a�er the <br />expira�on date or the end of the fiscal year. <br /> <br />7. WSL’s PROGRAM RESPONSBILITIES. WSL will administer the Program for Library and <br />other LIBTECH par�cipants in accordance with the terms and condi�ons of this Agreement, such <br />administra�on to include: <br /> <br />Page 5 of 29
