The costs to WSL were established in the Vendor <br />contract. Library’s Annual Share is the net cost a�er all applicable Program subsidies have been applied. The costs to WSL were established in the Vendor contract. In some loca�ons <br />there will be a Non-Recurring Charge (NRC) for Installa�on in the first year. WSL will not invoice Library for the <br />Service un�l the equipment is installed and the Service has commenced, and will prorate Library’s share of costs <br />based on the number of days in the Program year a�er July 1st that Library was without the Service.
