Public Works must be contacted if the construction activity is <br />within the vicinity of a signaled intersection. (SCC 13.40) <br />ALL WORK SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OF TITLE 13 COUNTY ROADS. <br />The petitioner agrees to proceed with diligence and speed with due regard for the rights, interests and convenience of the public. <br />STANDARD CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS <br />1. No open cut crossings of county roads shall be made without prior approval. <br />2. Call two working days before you dig, 1-800-424-5555 (or 811) Utilities Underground Location Center. <br />3. Existing drainage ditches, culverts, etc. shall be kept clean at all times. <br />4. Maximum amount of open trench shall be 400 lineal feet. <br />5. All construction material strung along county right-of-way must be placed a safe distance from the traveled roadway. <br />6. Street surfaces shall be cleaned at the end of each days operation. <br />7. A Dept. of Public Works Traffic Control permit may be required prior to construction. (SCC 13.40) Contact Public Works 425.388.6453. <br />8. No interruption of mail delivery service during construction. <br />9. Signing, flagging & traffic control shall be in accordance with the M.U.T.C.D. & Snohomish County standards. <br />10. Backfill shall comply with Snohomish County Engineering Design and Development Standards EDDS 8-05 underground utility <br />installation. <br />11. Road shoulders disturbed by excavation shall be replaced per EDDS 8-05. <br />12. Final utility adjustment to finish grade per EDDS 8-08. <br />13.
