Contact Jared Anderson <br />425 231 8111 to advise of job start and for final inspection. <br />A Dept. of Public Works traffic control permit is required prior to construction. <br />Public Works must be contacted if the construction activity is within the vicinity of <br />a signaled intersection. (SCC 13.40) <br />Trench compaction control tests will be provided by a licensed engineering <br />consultant. <br />Trench restoration required per EDDS Chapter 8, Drawing 8-030/040. <br />A minimum 2 inch Class B asphalt full -width street overlay is required, with <br />preleveling and surface preparation per EDDS Chapter 8. <br />All traffic striping and walkway delineation removed during a construction project <br />shall be replaced. Temporary striping shall be used on a limited basis and only <br />as approved by the Traffic Engineer. All permanent striping and channelization <br />shall be installed by County forces at the expense of the utility or permit holder. <br />If County forces are unavailable to perform the striping installation within an <br />appropriate timeframe, the utility or permit holder shall contract for the striping <br />installation. Traffic Operations shall be contacted at least 2 days in advance of <br />installation to verify channelization layout. <br />Improvement bond amount in the amount of $6,600.00 (Received 4/18/2023). <br />
