These costs <br />include the purchase, construction, contingency, tax, and all other costs associated with <br />the project. Equipment will be purchased through King County Directors Association <br />(KCDA) Cooperative. Installation will be through the Limited Small Works Roster. <br />Everett Little League is contributing a $30,000 donation for the two new scoreboards at <br />Legion Park to replace the old scoreboards. <br />Project summary statement: <br />Everett Little League has served the community for over 50 years providing recreational <br />baseball and fastpitch for boys and girls. Everett Little League provides baseball and <br />fastpitch opportunities to around 500 Everett residents annually. The League currently <br />uses Garfield Park, Phil Johnson Ballfields and Legion Park for youth baseball and <br />fastpitch games and practices from March through October annually. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt a Resolution to accept a $30,000 donation from Everett Little League. <br /> City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
