The site recently changed ownership and has been approved for a new <br />townhome development called Chelsea Heights. This development plan includes <br />constructing new public watermains across the site. Consequently, the city has been <br />granted a new easement for these watermains, superseding the now unnecessary <br />portion of the original 1981 easement that is proposed for release. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Partial Release of Easement. <br />
