It will address recurring flooding issues at multiple <br />locations along a single stormwater conveyance trunk line while also addressing overflows at <br />Snohomish River Outfalls 7 and 8. <br />The grant amendment was requested by Ecology to reconcile unspent funds. The change is <br />necessary for Ecology’s closeout process and has no impact on reimbursement to the city. The <br />grant scoped items were completed without spending all the grant money. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #3 to Grant Agreement No.WQC-2019-EverPW-00051 <br />with the Washington State Department of Ecology. <br />
