Advanced Utility Systems Page 1 of 4 <br />Quote <br />Client City of Everett Client Contact Kevin Barnes <br />Quote Effective Date November 27, 2023 Prepared By Tanuja Kancherla <br />Reference Number AT80799 Client PO <br />Description Statement of Work (SOW): Neptune 360 Meter Reading File <br />Cost <br />The costs related to successfully completing the SOW is estimated to be $11,500.00 USD. <br />Client Description <br />City of Everett is currently using existing Neptune meter reading import and exports for meter readings. <br />However, City of Everett is upgrading their Neptune software to Neptune 360 which requires a different <br />file format. For this reason, City of Everett is requesting a statement of work Advanced Utility Systems <br />(Advanced) to configure CIS V4 to use Neptune 360 file layout for the meter reading import and export. <br />Proposed Solution <br />The services to be provided, under this SOW are as follows: <br />•Configure two meter reading interfaces in Test and Prod: <br />➢Export (from CIS to Neptune) <br />➢Import (from Neptune to CIS) <br />•The import and export file layouts are using the Neptune 360 Import and Export File Layout <br />Version 1.4 specified in the “Publication_FL_Neptune360_02.20.pdf” file <br />•Neptune 360 File Format is similar to the existing Neptune format and requires additional <br />data to be populated <br />•Configuration work will be done remotely <br />Assumptions <br />The following lists the assumptions made for this specific SOW: <br />•Everett will retain existing Neptune-CIS import and export file layouts <br />•In the even the scope has changed, a request will be made for the additional cost needed to <br />accommodate the change <br />•If the TEST system is refreshed without notifying Advanced Utility Systems 72 hours prior to <br />the system refresh, Everett will be responsible for all costs associated with reconfiguring the <br />system <br />Payment Terms <br />This SOW will be invoiced by the following milestones: <br />Milestone Payment (MP) Amount <br />MP1: 50% upon delivery of the interface on one Test application $5,750 <br />MP2: 50% upon delivery of the interface on one Production environment $5,750 <br />Total $11,500
