All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and <br />Specifications for Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. The fence shall be no greater than 6 feet in height on the rear and side yards. <br />5. The fence shall be no greater than 42 inches in height in the front yard (shortest property frontage, unless otherwise noted or <br />previously determined). <br />6. Fence shall be no greater than 36 inches in height within the 15ft sight triangles at the intersection of the roadway and the <br />alley/intersecting roadway. <br />7. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility <br />service running perpendicular to the fence. Fence shall be set back a minimum of 4' from any utility main trench (typically 5' from a <br />utility locate paint stripe after calling 811). <br />8. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally <br />request all required inspections. Flyers are provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />9. This fence constructed within the public right -of -way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever <br />requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. <br />10. This permit grants permission for construction of a fence in the right-of-way along the frontage of North Park Dr, set a minimum of <br />5' back from the located utility mains that run along the curb. Fencing along Crown Dr shall not be permitted in the right-of-way in <br />order to meet Traffic Engineering clear zone requirements from the edge of the road. <br />11. Any other work proposed on private property is not part of the permit scope for permit #PW2103-052. A permit is not required for <br />fence on private property, however, shall comply with all zoning code standards administered by the Planning Division. <br />12. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit. THIS PERMIT MAY BE CANCELLED BY THE <br />CITY UPON ANY STOPPAGE OF WORK ON THIS PROJECT OVER 180-DAY DURATION. EACH INSPECTION EXTENDS THE EXPIRATION DATE 180 DAYS TO KEEP THE PERMIT OPEN WHILE WORK IS ACTIVE. <br />
