JMZ <br /> will utilize a tow-behind Ditch Witch FX-30 or equivalent to handle the vactor waste <br /> generated on site. The maintenance schedule will be in accordance with best <br /> practices proposed by the system designers for the project. <br /> JMZ Contractors, LLC will not be held liable for any damage to property unless it is <br /> clearly due to negligence on the part of JMZ. JMZ is not liable for delays beyond <br /> our control due to accidents, strikes, weather, availability of materials, and other <br /> unforeseen conditions. <br /> We have included a fact sheet for the FX-30 for your use.
