Insulation <br /> 2. Attic Ventilation <br /> 3. Acoustical Ceiling Plan- Hard Lid <br /> 4. Drainage- Existing drain/gutters go to storm sewer drain at back of bldg. <br /> 5. New fixtures-Will be LED <br /> 6. A good plot plan that shows property lines <br /> 7. 1 hour building- on side next to apartment housing <br /> Structural:James Bronder-Associate Engineer, would like addressed: <br /> 1. Lateral components and strapping or bolts <br /> 2.
