Pep Boys decided to not install
all the signs per the plans so we installed less signs at the site.
I've attached the issued permit plans and the revised plans showing the main storefront (south
elevation) sign (listed as Sign 1 and Sign 2). That was the only sign that was actually installed with
no signs on the east elevation done. The other tenant installed their signs under their separate
permit.
Pep Boys has upcoming work/permits that cannot be started until this permit is closed out. Is it
possible to have the planner Danielle Marshall just let Rakeeb know that it is OK to close out since
less signs were actually installed? Or is something more formal necessary such as a resubmittal to
the sign permit for more formality?
Please check internally and let us know as soon as possible. Feel free to give me a call on my cell
phone to discuss.
Thank you,
Steve Zamberlin
Vice-President
1
