Fire Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />November 15, 2023 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board was called to order at 9:30 a.m. on November 15, <br />2023. Board Members Neyens, Stonecipher, and Jorve were present. Board Members Franklin <br />and Vitalich were excused. Board Attorney David Hall, Nick Biss and Ana Mechler, Human <br />Resources; and Richard Gray, Finance, were also present. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes of the meeting of October 18, 2023, were approved. <br />The minutes of the October 18,2023 joint meeting of the Fire and Police boards were approved <br />by the Fire Board. <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $700,000.00 <br />September 2023 $57,290.77 <br />Remaining budget $120,678.06 17.24% <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $2,084,000.00 <br />September 2023 $71,859.55 <br />September 2023 HMA fees $15,436.33 <br />Remaining budget $1,169,367.37 56.11% <br />Moved by Neyens, seconded by Stonecipher, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims <br />as presented. <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Members Franklin and Vitalich who <br />were excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />SPECIAL BILLS FOR BOARD REVIEW <br />Member #54 Request for 12 additional massage therapy visits
