a. Install one square foot of landscaping at the base of the sign per one square <br /> foot of sign face. <br /> b. The city may reduce the landscaping requirement where the signage <br /> incorporates stone, brick, or other decorative materials. <br /> Because the new proposed wall signs are on the premises with the nonconforming <br /> freestanding monument sign the monument sign must be brought into conformance as part the <br /> proposal to permit the new wall signs.
