March 6, 2024 <br />1 <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., March 6, 2024, <br />by President Schwab. <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Rhyne, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, Bader, and <br />Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Member Fosse were excused. <br />Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Council Member Zarlingo recited the land acknowledgement. <br />The minutes of the February 28, 2024, meeting were approved. <br />MAYOR <br />Mayor Franklin was excused. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Council received two (2) written comments and the following members of the public spoke: <br />Alison DeBoise and Jeff Valluzzi. <br />COUNCIL <br />Comments and liaison reports were provided by council members. <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson stated the following will come before Council in <br />the future: Council COVID recovery funds, Budget Amendment No. 1, possible zoning for <br />neighborhood cafes, and stated she would follow up on comments from this evening. <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />City Attorney David Hall had no update.
