California Street Parking Lot <br /> Stormwater Site Plan Report <br /> Section 3 Offsite Analysis Report <br /> 3.1 UPSTREAM ANALYSIS. <br /> Due to the existing frontage and alley improvements surrounding the site , the site is not subject to any <br /> significant upstream flow on areas. See existing conditions exhibit in Section 2 above. <br /> 3.2 DOWNSTREAM ANALYSIS. <br /> Stormwater runoff onsite generally flows in an easterly direction and a majority of the flows are <br /> collected within stormwater catch basins system along Rockefeller Ave. The city stormwater system <br /> along Rockefeller is a combined sewer/stormwater system. The city combined sewer system flows <br /> south down Rockefeller Avenue to California Street and then turns east down California Street within <br /> the main trunk-line system of the City of Everett combined sewer system.
