All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications <br />for Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. The fence shall be no greater than 3'6" in height within the front setback or the abutting right-of-way. <br />5. The fence shall be no greater than 6 feet in height within rear and interior side setbacks. <br />6. Fence height, material and location shall comply with all standards set forth in EMC 19.40. <br />7. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. Fence posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility. Water <br />meters shall remain outside of fenced areas to be kept clear and accessible for maintenance and monthly meter reading. <br />8. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all <br />required inspections. A handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />9. This fence constructed within the public right -of -way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of <br />the right-of-way for municipal purposes. <br />10. The owner/applicant is responsible for establishing the property corners. <br />11. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit.
