The SEI to SRI are existing parallel, large-diameter pipes (48” and 72” diameter respectively) extending from 36th St. to the Water Polllution Control Facility (WPCF) including a crossing at the Snohomish River. This intertie connection enables City Maintenance and Operations to perform repairs, inspection or maintenance of the 48” SEI pipeline and enables other sewer conveyance improvements to be performed. Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): Accept the SEI to SRI Intertie & SR08 Rehabilitation Project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion.
