ORDINANCE NO. 4009-24 <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled Thornton A. Sullivan Playground <br />Replacement, Fund 354, Program 077, as established by Ordinance No. 3884-22. <br />WHEREAS, <br />A.The Thornton A. Sullivan Playground Replacement, Fund 354, Program 077 was established to <br />provide for the accumulated costs of design, permitting and construction for the playground <br />replacement. <br />B.The purpose of the fund has been accomplished. <br />C.There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the special construction fund, Fund No. 354, Program 077, Thornton A. Sullivan <br />Playground Replacement be closed. <br />Section 2. That the final revenues and expenses for Thornton A. Sullivan Playground Replacement, Fund <br />354, Program 077, are as follows: <br />REVENUES <br />CIP 3 $ 1,200,000 <br />Total $ 1,200,000 <br />EXPENSES <br />Project Costs $ 1,154,020 <br />Transfer Out – to CIP 3 $ 45,980 <br />Total $ 1,200,000 <br />Section 3. That the remaining balance of $45,980 be transferred to CIP 3. <br />Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br />corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener’s/clerical errors, <br />references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and any internal references.
