<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES

<br /> That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the 1969 Extraordinary Session, the
<br /> budget for the year 1999 now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
<br /> Everett is hereby adopted, and the total appropriation, including interfund
