• , 414- Section 1.: Na person shall be one of a crowd congregated in any street in such manner as to obstruct traffic, nor refuse to dis- perse when so congregated, upon being requested so to do by any po- lice officer. Section N4 No person shall wilfully cause persons to con- gregate and therey interfere with or obstruct traffic . Section Nk: No person shall stand or loiter in such a man- ner as to interfere with or obstruct traffic . Section 4 At street intersections where safety zones have been established, persons shall not board or leave street cars at a point outside such zones. Section S`t: Persons waiting for or leaving a street car, shall not step into the street sooner, nor, on leaving a car remain in the street longer than is necessary. Section : No person shall stop or loiter on a street cross- ing. Section bq: No person shall run or operate a street car at a rate of speed faster than twenty (20) miles per hour. s/ Section b : Every driver shall bring the vehicle or animal which he is in charge of to a full stop before passing over or by any place where any person may be entering or leaving any street car headed in the same direction as such vehicle, and shall not proceed unless he can maintain distance of six (6) feet between such vehicle or animal and the running board or lower step of any street car or conveyance. sz Section N: No driver shall enter any street from any point other than a street intersection at a rate of speed faster than five miles per hour, nor without first attracting the attention of approach- ing pedestrians and vehicles, provided that the foregoing shall not ap- ply to the fire and police departments of the city. �3 Section N4 No person shall park or stand a vehicle within fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant , or within ten (10) feet of an United States mail box nor within ten (10) feet of a crosswalk on the far side of a street intersection, nor park a car at any place 1 7
