• , <br /> 414- <br /> Section 1.: Na person shall be one of a crowd congregated in <br /> any street in such manner as to obstruct traffic, nor refuse to dis- <br /> perse when so congregated, upon being requested so to do by any po- <br /> lice officer. <br /> Section N4 No person shall wilfully cause persons to con- <br /> gregate and therey interfere with or obstruct traffic . <br /> Section Nk: No person shall stand or loiter in such a man- <br /> ner as to interfere with or obstruct traffic . <br /> Section 4 At street intersections where safety zones have <br /> been established, persons shall not board or leave street cars at a <br /> point outside such zones. <br /> Section S`t: Persons waiting for or leaving a street car, shall <br /> not step into the street sooner, nor, on leaving a car remain in the <br /> street longer than is necessary. <br /> Section : No person shall stop or loiter on a street cross- <br /> ing. <br /> Section bq: No person shall run or operate a street car at <br /> a rate of speed faster than twenty (20) miles per hour. <br /> s/ <br /> Section b : Every driver shall bring the vehicle or animal <br /> which he is in charge of to a full stop before passing over or by any <br /> place where any person may be entering or leaving any street car <br /> headed in the same direction as such vehicle, and shall not proceed <br /> unless he can maintain distance of six (6) feet between such vehicle <br /> or animal and the running board or lower step of any street car or <br /> conveyance. <br /> sz <br /> Section N: No driver shall enter any street from any point <br /> other than a street intersection at a rate of speed faster than five <br /> miles per hour, nor without first attracting the attention of approach- <br /> ing pedestrians and vehicles, provided that the foregoing shall not ap- <br /> ply to the fire and police departments of the city. <br /> �3 <br /> Section N4 No person shall park or stand a vehicle within <br /> fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant , or within ten (10) feet of an <br /> United States mail box nor within ten (10) feet of a crosswalk on the <br /> far side of a street intersection, nor park a car at any place <br /> 1 7 <br />
