• 6, 2 Section b`Q: No person shall ride a bicycle or drive a motor- cycle without his hands on the handle bars thereof. Section N): Within twenty-four hours after any accident, col- lision or injury to any person or property during the operation of a motor vehicle upon any of the streets, alleys or other public places of the city of Everett, the person operating such motor vehicle shall report in person to the rolice Department the details of such acci- dent , collision r injury. Section ' : No person shall ride or jump on any vehicle without the consent of the driver, nor catch hold of, nor attempt to catch hold of, and; vehicle, street car, locomotive, or train, while said vehicle, street car, locomotive or ' in is in motion. Section No person shall ride while standing wholly or in part upon any step, fender, or running board of any vehicle , nor sit upon any door or gate of such vehicle, street or railroad car, unless both feet of said person are within the car and the said door or gate is closed and securely bolted.
