• Vt . #9 <br /> In no case shall any American flag be carried which shall bear any <br /> lettering, advertising or other defacement. <br /> gD <br /> Section _. The provisions of 84, 85 and 86 hereof shall <br /> not apply to religious or funeral processions; provided in case <br /> any flag or baner be carried in such procession it shall be the <br /> flag of the United States of America, or that of some recognized <br /> patriotic , fraternal or secret society. <br /> gg/ <br /> Section a8: No person shall run or operate any street rail- <br /> way car unless the same is provided with a guard, protector or fen- <br /> der upon the front end thereof, which guard, protector or fen- <br /> t_ shall extend at- its foremost point as near to the road bed as <br /> shall be practicable, and shall be so constructed and adjusted <br /> that any person or object struck by any such guard, protector or fen- <br /> der of such car while in motion may be either raised from the ground <br /> by said guard, protector or fender, and carried along by the same <br /> until the car can be stopped, or the object pushed from the track. <br /> 2-- <br /> Section •639: No person shall run or operate a street car <br /> upon any street upon which there is a double track unless such car <br /> be provided with gates or guards on that side of the entrance or ex- <br /> it which is next to the track of said line other than the one a;on <br /> which said car is being run or operated, which gates or guards shall <br /> so enclose the entrance or exit of said car that it will be impos- <br /> sible for passengers to enter or alight therefrom upon the side so <br /> furnished or provided with gates or guards. <br /> Section Q: No automobile, truck or other vehicle shall be <br /> i` parked or allowed to stand longer than one (1) hour continuously <br /> between eight o 'clock A. Li. and six o' clock r.
