GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY <br /> PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> GRAYSON SQUARE <br /> 9702 & 9620 — 19TH AVENUE SOUTHEAST <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> ES-7829.01 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> General <br /> This geotechnical engineering study (study) was prepared for the proposed residential <br /> development to be constructed at 9702 and 9620 — 19th Avenue Southeast in Everett, <br /> Washington. To complete our scope of services, we performed the following: <br /> • Subsurface exploration to characterize the soil and groundwater conditions; <br /> • Laboratory testing of representative soil samples collected on site; <br /> • Engineering analyses and recommendations for the proposed residential development, <br /> and; <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents and resources were reviewed as part of our report preparation: <br /> • Preliminary Civil Plans, prepared by CPH Consultants, dated August 4, 2021; <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett 7.5-Minute Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> compiled by J.P. Minard, 1985; <br /> • Web Soil Survey (WSS) online resource, maintained by the Natural Resources <br /> Conservation Service (NRCS) under the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA); <br /> • Liquefaction Susceptibility Map of Snohomish County, Washington, by Palmer et al., <br /> endorsed by the Washington State Department of Natural Resources, dated September <br /> 2004; <br /> • Snohomish County Geologic Hazards Seismic Hazard Areas Map, dated February 1, <br /> 2016, and; <br /> • Everett Municipal Code. <br /> Earth Solutions NW, LLC <br />
