To complete our scope of services, we performed the following: <br /> • Subsurface exploration to characterize the soil and groundwater conditions; <br /> • Laboratory testing of representative soil samples collected on site; <br /> • Engineering analyses and recommendations for the proposed residential development, <br /> and; <br /> • Preparation of this report. <br /> The following documents and resources were reviewed as part of our report preparation: <br /> • Preliminary Civil Plans, prepared by CPH Consultants, dated August 4, 2021; <br /> • Geologic Map of the Everett 7.5-Minute Quadrangle, Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> compiled by J.P.
