Please review and respond to the comments <br /> below. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting <br /> the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections <br /> were resolved. <br /> General <br /> 1. RCW 64.55 will apply for building enclosure revisions. Please submit enclosure details <br /> and a stamped/signed professional certification from a licensed architect per RCW <br /> 64.55, or a county recorded Sales Prohibition covenant. Either documentation submittal <br /> is required prior to the issuance of a building permit. The link to the Everett RCW 64.55 <br /> submittal checklist is attached to the e-mail. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. The weight of the new roofing and number of layers of the proposed roofing should be <br /> identified in a section drawing, indicating the structure of the multi-family building. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Venting size, location and details identified on the plans submitted for permit should be <br /> shown to comply with IBC Section 1203.2, as amended by the State of Washington. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2012 International Building Code (IRC), 2012 International Property <br /> Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2012 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 International <br /> Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by <br /> the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. These comments address building <br /> issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as <br /> Utilities, Traffic, Planning or Fire).
