City of Everett eOM and AM/Maintenance Program Support | Scope of Work <br /> <br /> <br /> 8 <br />Everett eOM and AM_Main Pgm Support SOW <br />• Prepare Asset Management and Maintenance Program Charter reflecting goals and priorities <br />discussed and agreed upon during the workshop. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Participate in interviews (as part of Task 401) and workshop. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• Interviews will be scheduled for 1 hour and be attended by up to 2 BC Team members. The <br />interviews will be virtual. <br />• Future State Workshop will be scheduled for 2 hours and be attended by up to 3 BC Team <br />members. The workshop will be in-person. <br />Meetings <br />• Interviews (as part of Task 401) <br />• Future State Workshop <br />Work Products <br />• Interview questions (provided as part of Task 401) <br />• Workshop facilitation including agenda and meeting minutes, draft and final <br />• Asset Management and Maintenance Program Charter <br /> <br />Task 403 – Gap Analysis and Roadmap <br />Objective: Prepare implementation strategy to achieve desired future state. <br />Activities/Approach: This task includes the following activities: <br />• Prepare a gap analysis based on current state assessment (Task 401) and future state vision <br />(Task 402). The gap analysis will identify needed actions to achieve the City’s desired data- <br />informed asset management and maintenance decision-making state. <br />• Prepare roadmap to implement best practices and bridge identified gaps detailing level of effort, <br />phasing, initiative dependencies, and proposed timeline. <br />• Conduct workshop to review gap analysis findings and proposed implementation strategy. <br />• Draft a Gap Analysis and Roadmap TM documenting outcomes of gap analysis and <br />implementation strategy. As part of the TM BC will identify opportunities for quick wins and <br />prioritized incremental progress which may include a pilot project to test the desired practices, <br />gather lessons learned, and enable broader application to AM/maintenance program. <br />• Finalize TM based on City comments of draft TM. <br />Everett Responsibilities <br />• Participate in interviews and workshop. <br />Task Assumptions <br />• Gap Analysis and Roadmap Workshop will be scheduled for 2 hours and be attended by up to 3 <br />BC Team members.
