The building must be durable and readily available to be delivered <br />to the project site. It’s important to be aware that modular buildings have a long lead time. <br />Typically, they can be produced, delivered, and installed within 10 to 12 months from the time the <br />order is placed. Procurement of the modular building is a critical path element for this project. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />To commence with the development of the Project, and to guide the Project to its completion <br />based on our current understanding, PACE proposes to provide the following services: <br />1.
