Conceptual Design <br />The extent of the conceptual design task to develop two to four transit center schematic <br />site options, gain City and mall developer input and create one preferred site plan. <br /> Prepare two to four site options. <br /> Prepare one preferred site plan. <br />Site layout options will be sketched on aerial based GIS files. Formal CAD files will not be <br />prepared until the 60% design phase. <br />5. Mall Coordination <br />Hold up to four (4) virtual meetings with the Mall Developer to gain transit center <br />relocation and design consensus. <br />6. Restroom Building Coordination <br />Hold up to four (4) virtual meetings to review design needs and procurement of the project <br />restroom building. Public Restroom Company seems to provide a modular design that <br />addresses Everett Transit needs.
