Structural vault design will be a deferred submittal that low bid contractor will be required to prepare. • Existing transit center will be demolished/removed by others. • Civil design and design support is limited to the area at Everett Mall, depicted by the graphics presented under the project understanding. Off-site improvements outside of that view are excluded. • Construction management and inspection services are excluded at this time and have not been budgeted for. • Standard Everett Transit shelters will be incorporated into the project. Shelter design is excluded from this project. • City to provide title reports to the consultant. • Utilities are readily available, located within 100 LF of the site. PROJECT SCHEDULE The project will be fully designed in four months from notice to proceed, with the assumption that timely revisions and decisions will be made by the City. Everett Transit is responsible for coordinating other City Department reviews of plans and permit applications.
