Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Revise plans to reflect 5'-0" min setback from the rear property line as required by the <br /> City of Everett zoning code. <br /> 2. If roof of covered deck is attached to the upper wall of the residence, an analysis of the <br /> existing cantilevered floor joists is required to verify that the cantilevered joists are <br /> capable of carrying the additional load. The analysis shall be prepared by a licensed <br /> structural engineer. <br /> 3. Provide details for all structural connections, including post/footing, post/beam, guard <br /> posts to deck structure, posts supporting roof to deck, post/roof bream, stair stringer to <br /> deck. <br /> 4. Provide guard detail(s) show material, construction. <br /> 5.
