LSC LOCAL INITIATIVES SUPPORT CORPORATION March 19, 2024 Tyler Chism City of Everett 2930 Wetmore Avenue Everett, WA 98201 tchism@everettwa.gov Re: Amendment to the Local Initiatives Support Corporation Grant to City of Everett Program Action Number 55411-0002 Dear Tyler Chism: In response to information received from Alyssa Gutierrez, Program Assistant for LISC Puget Sound, I wish to confirm an amendment (the "Amendment") to the above -referenced Grant in the amount of $20,000 made by Local Initiatives Support Corporation ("LISC") to the City of Everett (or the "Grantee"), as originally set forth in the letter agreement dated December 14, 2023 (the "Letter Agreement"). The terms of this Amendment are as follows: Use of Funds and Budget: LISC hereby agrees to modify the Grant budget to accommodate project delays due to capacity and time constraints to complete the project. Grant deliverables will be modified to ensure timely completion within the Kaiser Permanente term, due to the grantees time constraint to complete the required work. The grantee will now provide a call for artist instead of the Selection of a suitable vendor for installation of vinyl wraps and complete the selection of a community advisory group instead of the installation of the Vinyl wraps. The revised budget below shall replace the budget attached to our letter of December 14, 2023.
