MB March 13, 2024 Tiffany Anderson City of Everett 2930 Wetmore Avenue Everett, WA 98201 tanderson@everettwa.gov Re: Amendment to the Local Initiatives Support Corporation Grant to City of Everett Program Action Number 55411-0001 Dear Tiffany Anderson: In response to information received from Olivia (Liv) Lanza, Assistant Program Officer for LISC Puget Sound, I wish to confirm an amendment (the “Amendment”) to the above-referenced Grant in the amount of $50,000 made by Local Initiatives Support Corporation (“LISC”) to the City of Everett (or the “Grantee”), as originally set forth in the letter agreement dated July 21, 2023 (the “Letter Agreement”). The terms of this Amendment are as follows: Use of Funds and Budget: LISC hereby agrees to modify the Grant budget to accommodate project delays. Grant deliverables will be modified to ensure timely completion within the Kaiser Permanente term, due to the grantees time constraint to complete the required work. Instead of focusing on the park amenity design and Installation of picnic shelter and tables, Grantee will be require the grantee to prioritize the vendor selection and contract agreement between the vendor and grantee, before disbursing funds. The revised budget below shall replace the budget attached to our letter of July 21, 2023.
