March 20, 2024 <br />3 <br /> <br />DONATION – FUND FOR THE ANIMALS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor’s acceptance of a bequest from the Katherine Huffendick Charitable <br />Trust in the amount of $11,855 into the Fund for the Animals. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Bader who was <br />excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2403-87 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE reducing the number of members on the Citizen Advisory Committee <br />and renaming the committee as the Community Development Advisory Committee <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2403-88 <br /> <br /> FIRST AND SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project entitled “Reservoir No. 3 <br />Replacement,” Fund 336, Program 016, and repealing Ordinance No. 3914-22 <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2402-84 <br /> <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Thornton A. Sullivan <br />Playground Replacement,” Fund 354, Program 77, as established by Ordinance No. 3884- <br />22 <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Tuohy, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2402-84. <br />
