Illumination & Security System Design (TRANSPO) <br />Task 10.01 – Illumination Design <br />Transpo will participate in meetings and other coordination efforts with the Client, Everett <br />Transit, and/or utility representatives, as necessary. The projected fee assumes one (1) <br />remotely attended meeting and one (1) site visit will be required. <br />Transpo will prepare illumination plans, Electrical Special Provisions, and an engineer’s <br />opinion of probable costs for the relocated bus platform and bus loading/unloading zone <br />within the Everett Mall Parking Lot. Illumination will be designed to meet current Everett <br />Transit standards. Supporting light level calculations will also be prepared and submitted <br />as required for Everett Transit plan approval. It is anticipated that the illumination plan set <br />would include the following plan sheets: <br /> Illumination Plans at 1”=40’ scale (1 sheet) <br /> Illumination Details (1 sheet) <br />Task 10.02—Security Camera System Design <br />Transpo will participate in meetings and other coordination efforts with the Client and <br />Everett Transit, as necessary. The projected fee assumes two (2) remotely attended <br />meetings will be required. It is anticipated that an initial meeting will be held to <br />understand the existing system and needs of the relocated system. Topics may include <br />camera coverage requirements, camera makes/models, power and communications <br />requirements, network/storage/recording requirements, etc. <br />Transpo will prepare plans, Electrical Special Provisions, and an engineer’s opinion of <br />probable costs for relocating the existing security camera system (camera and recording <br />equipment) to the new bus platform within the Everett Mall Parking Lot. It is anticipated <br />that the security camera system plan set would include the following plan sheets: <br /> Security Camera System Plan at 1”=40’ scale (1 sheet) <br /> Security Camera System Details (2 sheets)
