AMENDMENT NO. 3 <br />TO AGREEMENT NO. WQC-2020-COE-00091 <br />BETWEEN <br />THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY <br />AND <br />City of Everett <br />PURPOSE: To amend the above-referenced agreement (AGREEMENT) between the state of Washington Department of <br />Ecology (ECOLOGY) and City of Everett (RECIPIENT) for the Beverly Lake Water Quality Retrofit (PROJECT). <br /> <br />The RECIPIENT experienced delays in the PROJECT due to site feasibility setbacks and material procurement delays . This <br />amendment will extend the expiration date of the AGREEMENT from January 31, 2024 to June 30, 2024, to allow the <br />RECIPIENT adequate time to complete construction and to close out deliverables for this PROJECT .
