It will also be a little easier for the volunteers to do the install. We will be installing continuous rigid <br /> insulation r-10 unfaced extruded polystyrene at the interior of the concrete stem walls which will have the 10 mil <br /> polyethylene vapor barrier taped to it. <br /> This removes the opening in the stem wall and I think should resolve the concerns? <br /> Let me know if that works for you. <br /> I appreciate you working through this with us. <br /> 2 <br />
