March 27, 2024 <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7998 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$1,796,392.55 for the period ending March 9, 2024, through March 15, 2024. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 7999 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $5,400,918 for the period ending March 15, 2024. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – 2024 WFP EOM SHAREPOINT SITE AND GAP ANALYSIS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the 2024 Professional Services Agreement with Brown and <br />Caldwell for development of the WFP eOM SharePoint site and a gap analysis of current data- <br />informed asset management and maintenance decision-making. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – 2003 FREIGHTLINER FL-70 5-YARD DUMP TRUCK, 1996 MONROE SANDER, <br /> 2011 HENKE SNOWPLOW SURPLUS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8000 declaring a 2003 Freightliner FL70 5-Yard Dump Truck (J0063) <br />with a 1996 Monroe Sander (N0008) and a 2011 Henke Snowplow (N0030) surplus, and <br />authorizing sale at public auction. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT MALL BUS STATION PLATFORM <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Pace Engineers, Inc., <br />in the amount of $262,552.25. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2403-89 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING:
