An Ordinance vacating All that part of the alley lying north of the Pacific High- way, in Block Sixteen (16) , Central Park Addition to the city of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington. HEREAS, the owners of more then two-thirds (2/3) of the private property abutting upon the alley herein sought to be va- cated, duly filed their petition with the City Council of the City of Everett praying for the vacation of said s r6,6tr--,Rel-alley; and '' }RE :S, the City Council of said city did, by Resolution duly -.opted, fix the 23 Nh day of February , 1927, at the hour of 10: 30 o'clock A.
