IIP ORDINANCE NO. 2307 • An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 446 for the improvement of State Street, from Everett Avenue to 24th Street, by installation of necessary drainage, making neces- sary water system changes and slagging; also State Street, from 24th Street to 26th Street, by removal of the present con- crete walk, grading for and construction of a 6-foot concrete walk, also by repairing the sidewalk in the 26th Street block where same is in dangerous condition, and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve- ment under Ordinance No. 2270 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof.
