• a;. ti I k w ((A ;t") Ff ORDINANCE No. 2298 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 445 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Rockefeller Ave- nues, and between Hewitt and California Streets, by grading to proper grade, construction of concrete Portland cement one course pavement full width, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No. 2269 of the amity of Everett, levying an assessment on account trereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issu€ tce thereof. ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement istrict l o. 445 for the improvement of the alley between Oakes and Rockefeller Avenues, and between Hewitt and California Streets, by grading to proper grade, construc- tion of concrete Portland cement one course pavement full width, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other .y'o.rk ne- cessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 1o.2269 of the City of yverett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or ot (ler property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by mad .imnprovement in at least the amount charged against the same, 'and that the assessment appear- ing against the same is in proportion to the several assess- ments appearing ,upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land andother property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
