Furthermore, the RECIPIENT has read, understood, <br />and accepts all requirements contained within this Agreement . <br />This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties , and there are no other understandings or representations <br />other than as set forth, or incorporated by reference, herein. <br />No subsequent modifications or amendments to this agreement will be of any force or effect unless in writing , signed by <br />authorized representatives of the RECIPIENT and ECOLOGY and made a part of this agreement .
