. 0 ORDINANCE NO.,2,255 An Ordinance approving And confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 441, for the improvement of the alley between Rockefeller Avenue and Wetmore Avenue, from 36th Street to 37th Street, by grading, slagging 10 feet wide and 6 inches thick and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement un- der Ordinance No. 2261 of the City of Everett, levying an asses- sment on account thereof against the several lots as thown on said roll. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 441, for the improvement of the alley bet.-.;een Rockefeller Avenue and etmore Avenue, from 36th Street to 37th Street, by grading, slagging 10 feet wide and 6 inches thick and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No.2261 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be and the sane is hereby in all things approved and confirmete Section 2: That each of the lots, traces and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement, in at least the am- ount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear- ing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment . against each lot appearing upon said roil the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
