l . , ORDINANCE NO. 2289 An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Tulalip Ave., from the south line of 34th Street to the north line of 35th Street, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, and con- struction of 6-inch one course concrete pavement 20 feet wide, also the construction of concrete curbs and installation of ne- cessary drainage, making necessary ' ter main changes and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a c ,ylete improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement District ±'und therefor and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said District under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, a majority petition of the property owners, peti- tioning for said improvement, has heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of Public Works and said Commissioner has found the things set forth in said petition to be true; and WHEREAS, said Commissioner of Public Works has filed with the City Council all data and information, as required by law; and WHEREAS,EAS, said. Commissioner of Public Works has recommend- ed to the City Council that said improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience and necessity requires such improvement to be made; now, therefore, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Tulalip Avenue, from the south line of 34th Street to the north line of 35th Street, be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, and construction of 6-inch one course concrete pavement 20 feet vide, and the con- struction of concrete curbs and installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water main changes and doing all other work ne- cessary to make a complete improvement, according to the plans and specifications, prepared under the direction of the City En—
