Said bonds shall bear interest at not to exceed the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, said interest to be raid semi-annually; that the var- ious annual maturities of said bonds shall commence with the second year after the date of issue and shall, as nearly as prac- ticable, be in such amounts as will, together with interest on all outstanding bonds, be met by an equal annual tax levy for the payment of said bonds and interest. Said bonds shall run for a period of twenty (20) years and shall be of the de- nomination of five hundred dollars (4500.00) each, and shall be payable at the office of the city treasurer of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington; said bonds shall be payable out of a sinking fund, as provided by law. Section 3: That said propositions be submitted to the voters of Everett at a special bond election to be held in said city of Everett on November 2, 1926, and that notices of said election and of the submission of said propositions shall be given as provided by law.
