consecutively, in a sum not to exceed two hundredAthousand dol- <br /> 25 o, o o 0.00 <br /> lars (#` ) , for the purpose of raising funds to carry <br /> into effect the foregoing propositions. Said bonds shall bear <br /> interest at not to exceed the rate of six per cent (6%) per <br /> annum, said interest to be raid semi-annually; that the var- <br /> ious annual maturities of said bonds shall commence with the <br /> second year after the date of issue and shall, as nearly as prac- <br /> ticable, be in such amounts as will, together with interest <br /> on all outstanding bonds, be met by an equal annual tax levy <br /> for the payment of said bonds and interest. Said bonds shall <br /> run for a period of twenty (20) years and shall be of the de- <br /> nomination of five hundred dollars (4500.00) each, and shall <br /> be payable at the office of the city treasurer of Everett, <br /> Snohomish County, Washington; said bonds shall be payable out <br /> of a sinking fund, as provided by law. <br /> Section 3: That said propositions be submitted to <br /> the voters of Everett at a special bond election to be held <br /> in said city of Everett on November 2, 1926, and that notices of <br /> said election and of the submission of said propositions shall <br /> be given as provided by law. <br /> Section 4: The propositions submitted shall be voted <br /> on in the following manner, to-wit: <br /> )e/' Each voter at such election desiring to vote in favor <br /> of said proposed issue of bonds for said above mentioned pro- <br /> positions as described in this ordinance and for the acquiring <br /> of a site for and the construction of said city hall, as set <br /> out in this ordinance, shall vote a ballot contairing the fol- <br /> lowing statement of the propositions by placing an X in the <br /> square on said ballot opposite and at the right of said state- <br /> ment: <br />
