• • 01 Hence following the summit of Bald Mountain ridge to the Pilchuck Trail pass, which is the summit between the Sultan River and the Pilchuck River; Hence continuing in a southerly direction following the summit of the divide between the Sultan River and the Pilchuck River in a southerly direction to the true point of beginning at the intersection of the seventh standard Parallel and the summit between Lake Chaplain and Habecker Creek. Section 2: No human excrement or material containing human excrement shall be placed on the surface of the ground, or buried, or otherwise disposed of within two hundred (200) feet of, or where it is likely to gain access to any of the waters running over the territory and property described in Section 1 hereof. Section 3: For the purpose of further protecting the water supply of the City of Everett from pollution, it is hereby de- clared unlawful for any person or persons to stand, clean fish, or wash dishes or throw or deposit any substancejmaterial detrimental to health in any of the waters or streams on the above described lands draining into the Everett water supply system, or to commit any act whatsoever tending to pollute the water in said above described water-shed territory. Section 4: Any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined in a sum not to ex- ceed Three Hundred ( '.a300.00) Dollars, or imprisoned in the City Jail for a period not to exceed Ninety (90) days, or maybe both so fined and imprisoned. Section 5: Whereas danger from pollution of the water supply of the City of Everett is imminent an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
