Landlord's"approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. All costs related to the above-referenced Statement of Work and any other work associated with the installation of the maintenance platforms or ongoing fees attributed to shall be borne by Tenant. 2. Tenant shall provide names of Installation Contractor and Subcontractors who will be performing the work. All Contractors and Subcontractors must be licensed in the State of Washington and must perform work in accordance with state and local laws. 3. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by both the Installation Contractor and any Subcontractors and must list the Landlord as an additional insured. (Please see the attached list of Requirements). 4- Provide Landlord a copy of the City of Everett's approval of the installations and any associated permits(if appliable). 5.
