All costs related to the above-referenced Statement of Work and any other work associated <br /> with the installation of the maintenance platforms or ongoing fees attributed to shall be borne <br /> by Tenant. <br /> 2. Tenant shall provide names of Installation Contractor and Subcontractors who will be <br /> performing the work. All Contractors and Subcontractors must be licensed in the State of <br /> Washington and must perform work in accordance with state and local laws. <br /> 3. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by both the Installation Contractor and any <br /> Subcontractors and must list the Landlord as an additional insured. (Please see the attached list <br /> of Requirements). <br /> 4- Provide Landlord a copy of the City of Everett's approval of the installations and any associated <br /> permits(if appliable). <br /> 5.
