ORDINANCE NO. 2270 , An Ordinance providing for the improvement of State Street, from Everett Avenue to 24th Street, by .rrTL3rrg, installation of necessary drainage, making necessary water system changes, and slagging; also State Street,from 24th Street to 26th Street, by removal of the present concrete walk, grading for and construc- tion of a 6-foot concrete walk, also by repairing the sidewalk in the 26th Street block where same is in dangerous condition, and doing all other work on the entire district necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3251 of the City of Everett; creating an assessment district; creating a Local Improvement District Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by special assessment upon the pro- perty in said district under the mode of payment by bonds.
