41',, ` 41 ORDINANCE NO. 2267 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as- sessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 439 for the im- provement of Cleveland Avenue from 22nd Street to 24th Street by clearing, grubbing, grading to proper grade, construction of con- crete curbs, walks and gutters, installation of necessary drain- age and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve- ment, under Ordinance No.2250 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for the is- suance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issumn ce there- of. THECITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Lo- cal Improvement District No. 439 for the improvement of Cleveland Avenue from 22nd Street to 24th Street by clearing, grubbing, grad- ing to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, walks and gut- ters, installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necessar.y in connection therewith to make a complete improvement under Ordinance No62250 of the t.ity of Everett as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2* That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing a- gainst the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear- ing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, appearing
