A 4 costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided in chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, and Ordinance No. 2126 of the city of Everett. Section 3: There is hereby established an enlarged Local Improvement District to be called Local Improvement District o. 442 which district shall include the following described property, to-wit: Lots one to thirty-two (1 to 32) Inc., Block 349, Division N. Said enlarged Local Improvement J.Astrict shall be divided into two sub-districts known as the direct benefit district and the indirect benefit district. The direct benefit district shall include: Lots one to nine (1 to 9) Inc., & Fractional ten (10) Block 365, Division N. Fractional ten (10 ) & eleven to twenty-two (11 to 22) & Fractional twenty-three ( 23 ), Block 365, Division K. Fractional twenty-three (23) & twenty-four to thir- ty-two (24 to 32) Inc., Block 365, Division N. and the indirect benefit portion of the enlarged district shall include: Lots one to thirty-two ( Ito 32) Inc., Block 349, Division . The indirect portion of said enlarged district shall be assessed in an amount equal to the cost of laying a ten-inch sewer in the alley east of Oakes Avenue from 18th Street to 19th Street, aid in 18th Street from the alley east of Oakes Avenue to Oakes Ave- nue, less the cost of laying a six-inch sewer from 18th Street to 19th Street.
